the hotel beach WAS beautiful.
the worst part WAS the lack of attentive service. staff often seemed rude. drinks were watered down and straws were not AVAILABLE.

i really enjoyed the super clean condition of the hotel. its beautiful design made it a pleasure to walk around. the pools were fantastic. the staff was also very friendly and helpful, always exceeding expectations.
I noticed the pool loungers around the main pool get reserved early. It's a slight inconvenience

Super clean resort with excellent service

i stayed in a junior suite and it was bright and spacious. the pools were fantastic and provided easy beach access. the beach itself was relaxing i found it pristine. the staff were really nice making it a return destination.
i observed pool loungers around the main pool were often reserved early with no one checking on this practice. also dirty towels were sometimes left on sun beds blocking them. the pool occasionally ran out of towels too.

The beach access was EASY and the beach itself was relaxing and pristine. The staff were really good. I REALLY enjoyed the a la carte restaurants.
The glasses at the bars were very OLD and in poor condition. Many of them were broken. The cocktails were disappointing. They mostly consisted of ice with barely any drink. The bottled water in the room tasted heavily of chlorine, off-putting
